Bjorn Isaksen<\/strong>
Chairman<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Bj\u00f8rn Isaksen has served as a Director on our Board of Directors since July 2026. Mr. Isaksen was employed by ABG Sundal Collier Ltd. as a partner from 2005 until 2014 and has been employed by Magni Partners Limited since 2014. Mr. Isaksen is a Norwegian citizen and a resident in Monaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patrick Schorn<\/strong>
Director<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Patrick Schorn was appointed as a Director in October 2024. Mr. Schorn was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Borr Drilling Limited in September 2020 and became Executive Chairman of the Board in September 2025. Mr. Schorn was previously the Executive Vice President of Wells for Schlumberger Limited. Prior to this role, he held various globalmanagement positions including President of Operations for Schlumberger Limited; President Production Group; President of Well Services; President of Completions; and GeoMarket Manager Russia. He began his career with Schlumberger in 1991 as a Stimulation Engineer in Europe and has held various management and engineering positions in France, United States, Russia, US Gulf of Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Schorn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Oil and Gas Technology from the University \u201cNoorder Haaks\u201d in Den Helder, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi Hong Yoon<\/strong>
Director<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Mi Hong Yoon has served as a Director and Company Secretary since July 2026. Ms. Yoon has also served as Managing Director of Golar Management (Bermuda) Limited since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ms. Yoon was the Chief Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Officer at Digicel from March 2019 to February 2022 and served as Senior Legal Counsel of Telstra Corporation Limited\u2019s global operations in Hong Kong and London from 2009 to 2019. Her current directorships and management roles include serving on the board of directors and as company secretary of Bruton Ltd., Golar LNG Limited, Borr Drilling Limited and Himalaya Shipping Ltd, and serving as company secretary of 2020 Bulkers Ltd. Ms. Yoon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Yoon is an Australian citizen and resident of Bermuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jens Martin Jensen<\/strong>
Director<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jens Martin Jensen was appointed as a Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company in July 2026. He brings over 40 years of experience in the global shipping industry. His career includes various senior positions at Maersk, CEO at Frontline Management, Head of shipping at New Fortress Energy, and directorships of Bruton Ltd., Golden Ocean, 2020 Bulkers Ltd, Frontline, Flex LNG, Avance Gas, Premuda Shipping and ITOPF. He is currently the CEO of Athenian Sea Carriers, a Greek based Shipping company within the K. Group. Mr. Jensen is a Danish citizen and resides in Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian Ness<\/strong>
Director<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Christian Ness was appointed as a Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company in July 2026. He has built up Ness, Risan & Partners, one of Norways leading project finance platform, from 2000 and still is a major shareholder and Director. In 2021 the real estate arm of NRP was acquired by Swiss Life. Mr. Ness worked 11 years for Fearnley Finans, 5 years as CEO. Mr. Ness is educated as a marine engineer at NTNU, is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lars-Christian Svensen<\/strong>
CEO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Lars-Christian Svensen assumed the role as contracted CEO in OMC Tankers in July 2026.
Mr. Svensen has a 19-year career in international shipping. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a shipbroker for Cmarine Services. From 2008 to 2009, he served as a Project Analyst for Petredec Pte Ltd in Singapore. From 2009 to 2020, Mr. Svensen served in Western Bulk, where he held various positions within the group in Singapore (Head of Arabian Gulf), Seattle, US (President), and Oslo (Senior Vice President).
From 2020 – 2024, he acted as CCO and CEO of Golden Ocean Management AS.
From 2024 – to date Mr. Svensen also serves as CEO of Himalaya Shipping Ltd., 2020 Bulkers and Bruton Ltd.
Mr. Svensen is a Norwegian Citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vidar Hasund<\/strong>
CFO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Vidar Hasund assumed the role of Contracted Chief Financial Officer of OMC Tankers in July 2026. Hasund is also Chief Financial Officer of 2020 Bulkers and Contracted Chief Financial Officer of Himalaya Shipping and Bruton Ltd. Other positions he held previously include being Contracted Chief Financial Officer of Himalaya Shipping during 2021 to 2023, Chief Accounting Officer of Borr Drilling during 2017-2018, Financial Officer and International Tax Accounting Manager at PGS during 2008-2017, financial controller at BW Gas ASA during 2005-2007 and Auditor at KPMG during 2002-2004. He holds a Master of Accounting and Auditing degree from Norwegian School of Economics. Mr. Hasund is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petter Lalic<\/strong>
CTO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Petter Lalic assumed the role as CTO in Peak Maritime Management AS (ex 2020 Bulkers Management AS) in 2023 and brings 20 years of technical experience, having held positions as Project Engineer, Fleet\/ Project Manager and Head of Decarbonization at Frontline Management AS, as well as Technical Superintendent at SeaTeam Pte Ltd.
Petter has a M.Sc. from Norwegian Tech University in Naval architecture and Marine engineering
He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian Dahll<\/strong>
Contracted COO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Christian Dahll assumed the role as COO in Peak Maritime Management AS (ex 2020 Bulkers Management AS) in 2022, after serving as Head of Commercial operations since joining 2020 Bulkers in January 2020.
Prior to this Dahll worked 11 years in H\u00f6egh Autoliners, most recently acting as Head of Voyage Management\/Vessel Operation.
Dahll has held several previous positions in shipping, including Trade Manager at EML, Brussels 2010-2012, Shipbroker at RS Platou 2007-2008 and 2nd officer in Wallenius Wilhelmsen 2003-2007.
Dahll holds an Executive Master of Management degree in Finance and Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc. in Nautical studies from University of Southeast Norway.
Mr. Dahll is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
