Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Euronext Oslo Børs on 20 August 2026 regarding its decision to admit the shares of OMC Tankers Ltd. (“OMC Tankers” or the “Company”) to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.
OMC Tankers is pleased to announce that all conditions for the listing have been fulfilled, and that the first day of trading in the Company’s Norwegian Depository Receipts on Euronext Growth Oslo is today, 28 August 2026, under the ticker code “OMC”.
